That's the whole idea. Your home videos shouldn't be stuck on a dead laptop, an old hard drive in a closet, or buried somewhere on your phone. They should be easy to find and easy to share, wherever you happen to be.
Three steps. I handle the technical parts.
Mail me the hard drive, the old laptop, the memory cards — whatever they're on. If that sounds easier, it usually is. We can also do it over the internet if you'd rather. Either way, you get your things back.
Everything goes onto a private server I own and take care of, set up so that naming and sorting is simple. You're the one who knows it's Christmas 1994 and who's in it — so the labeling is yours to do. I build the system, show you how it works, and help you when you get stuck.
On your phone, your tablet, your computer, or your TV. It looks and works like Netflix, except everything in it is yours. I get it working on your devices myself, and I'll show you how to use it.
It's private. Your videos sit on a server I own and look after personally — not on a giant company's computers. Nothing is scanned, sold, advertised against, or fed into AI.
It's backed up. I keep a second copy in a separate location, so a broken drive or a house fire doesn't lose anything. You keep your originals too — my copy is the convenient one, never the only one.
It's built to be organized. A pile of files named MOV_0472.mp4 isn't a memory you can share — "Summer at the Lake, 1988" is. Only you know which is which, so I set it up so renaming and sorting takes seconds, and I'll walk you through it.
You get a person, not a help desk. I'm the one who sets it up, and I'm the one who picks up the phone when something's confusing. No tickets, no chatbots, no hold music.
It works anywhere. I work with people all over — everything can be handled by mail, phone, and video call. You don't need me in your living room.
